Aqua’s Ocean Tales is a children’s chapter book series set in the ocean. It is written for young readers and also for those who enjoy being read to. If you love mermaids, adventures and exploring the deep blue sea then this series is for you!

In this series Aqua the mermaid develops friendships with other ocean creatures and they have fun filled adventures together. As the stories continue she meets all sorts of new and fascinating creatures that actually inhabit our oceans. Aqua’s adventures come to life as the stories unfold in both text and graphics. The characters in the books have colorful personalities. Their personalities are also a reflection of the sea creatures each character represents. At the end of each book there is information about the marine animals aqua meets and the ocean environment. A MERMAID’S TREASURE - BOOK 1

The first book in the series is “A Mermaid’s Treasure”. The story line is a fun filled ocean adventure, that promotes the joy of caring and sharing. It also fosters awareness of what is truly important in our lives.

At the end of the book, there is a little information about the sea creatures featured in the book, and what these creatures are like in real life.

MESSAGE IN A BOTTLE - BOOK 2

The 2nd book is now available on Amazon. “Message in a Bottle”. It is another fun adventure and promotes forgiveness, and the joy and benefits of working together. The book has a lot of humor running through it because it’s always important to enjoy the journey.

At the end of “Message in a Bottle”, there is a section with information about seagrass meadows and coral reefs and their importance in the ocean ecology. There is also some fun facts about sea gulls, eels, piglets squids and sunken ships!

THE OCEAN DOWN UNDA - BOOK 3 (under production) This adventure will take you down deep in the ocean, where the pressure is crushing and the creatures that inhabit the deep are weird and really cool all at the same time!

OCEANS OF FUN ACTIVITY BOOK

There is also an Activity book that goes along with this series. The puzzles and activities in it promote critical thinking and problem solving skills in children. It is designed so that children can learn more about the oceans and the very special creatures that inhabit them. It is full of great ocean facts and trivia, and again some fun and humor to make learning enjoyable. (Ages 8 to 12)

OCEANS OF FUN COLORING BOOK

The pictures in the book are formatted into a coloring book. Your children can read and enjoy the book, and then also have fun coloring pictures from the story. With the coloring book, they can add their own personal touch to the story. (Ages 4 to 8)
