Brucie D lives in Calgary Alberta and loves the mountains and the outdoors.

She is a mother and a grandmother, which brings her great joy.

She has lived in many places, and is a citizen of the beautiful and amazing countries, Canada and Australia.

Her love for the ocean comes from her time living in Australia, which she frequently still visits. Her mother, siblings and numerous nieces and nephews reside in Australia.

Her love of water, oceans and beaches influenced her to write books that take place in the bottom of the ocean, where a mysterious, enchanting part of this world exists that we seldom get to experience. The creatures that inhabit the seas are more colorful and interesting than anyone could fantasize. Brucie D brings all sorts of actual ocean marine animals into her fun filled children’s adventure stories.
